| | Share your Story! | Stephanie said - YES I CAN! I have never been a particularily thin person in my life. I had tried diets, gyms, etc.. but nothing seemed to work. A friend of mine decided she was going to join the local university gym where we are both attending part time, although between working full time, taking night classes and everything else I have going on I never thought I could make the time to be active.

Following the successes of our last 2 DVDs we worked with the community to come up with a resource that we hope will help older adults be more physically active......at home or in a group setting. Special thanks to all the hard work of our in motion Volunteers, Shaftesbury Park Retirement Residence and The Active Living Coalition for Older Adults in Manitoba (ALCOA).
