Winnipeg in motion does not automatically gather any specific personal information from you, such as your name, phone number, or e-mail.  We would only obtain this type of information if you supply it by sending us questions or comments via the Ask the Professionals or Feedback pages or by registering for the in motion walking workout/mailing list on this site.

Winnipeg in motion is committed to maintaining confidentiality, and privacy of your personal information in accordance with The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act of Manitoba (FIPPA) and your personal health information in accordance with The Personal Health Information Act of Manitoba (PHIA).

This means that, at any point of collection, you will be informed that your personal information is being collected, the purpose for which it is being collected, and that you have a right to access the information.  This information is not shared with anyone outside the Winnipeg in motion Central Team.
