Streaming Flash Videos

We have set up this resource into two sections, the first are the "in motion Energizers - Instructional" and the second are the actual "in motion Energizers." The "in motion Energizers - Instructional" section provides you with additional information and support that you might need to lead your own energizer break. The "in motion Energizers" will actually lead your participants through a short energizer. Choose an energizer and press play - a team of physical activity specialists and volunteers will lead your participants though the energizer.
