Fridays just got a whole lot healthier!
Winnipeg in motion and the Millennium Library invite you to "in motion Fridays", a series of lunch-hour workshops that will help you make physical activity a regular part of your day. There's a different session every month, from September to May.
Participation is free and you can just drop in - registration is not required.Please note that all sessions run from 12:10 p.m. to 12:50 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
