Building balance and core strength can reduce your risk of injury or falls, improve your 'game' and make every day activities easier and more enjoyable.
Join Winnipeg in motion and local exercise professional Momtchil Momtchilov of My Personal Trainer to learn the key components of balance and core strength training. He will demonstrate a series of balance building exercises that can be done at home, work or at the gym using a variety of equipment and items found in and around the home or office.
The presentation if FREE and registration is NOT required.
