Bison Sport & Active LivingAre looking for a place for the whole family to get active and lead a healthy lifestyle? Bison Sport & Active Living can be your gateway to getting "in motion"! Bison Sport & Active Living is within the Faculty of Physical Education and Recreation Studies complements the academic programs of the University by providing the community, staff and students with opportunities for personal development, wellness and active living. Made up of Bison Sports, Children's Programs, Recreation Services, Athletic Therapy Centre and Athletic Facilities, it is one of the largest and most diverse facilities in the province. Children's Programs offer creative and educational sport and specialty camps along with aquatic programs to the community. The Athletic Therapy Centre provides services for students, staff, faculty and the community as well as clinic placement opportunities for students in the Athletic Therapy Degree program. |  |
 | Recreation Services involves the campus and external community in programs that promote wellness and quality of life. Programs include: dance, martial arts, yoga, pilates, adult aquatics, kayaking and more. We also have a number of sport clubs and leagues. |
Athletic Facilities ensure that users have access to a variety of athletic facilities and equipment to provide a safe, enjoyable and educational experience. We provide our members with more active living options that any other facility in Manitoba. We have over 165,000 square feet of opportunities for you to get "in motion". We offer access to swimming pool, three gymnasiums, two cardiovascular training areas, two free weight/weight machine areas, squash/racquetball courts, certified fitness attendants, fitness classes, indoor climbing wall, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, three indoor tracks, out door track, soccer pitches, football field, outdoor volleyball courts, ice rink and 34 acres of green space. |  |
